Meditations that suits your being
After years of practice, I have developed a meditation sequence I call "The Pause and Breathe Technique" for people who want a more workable relationship with their mind. Rather than trying to get rid of thoughts or manufacturing calm, using this method you can learn how to pause, notice what is going on inside, understand your experience and meet it with gentle presence. We're making friends with our minds, our emotions, and ourselves... and it's that friendship that allows us access to the inner space where we can start spending time in the quieter, more peaceful places of our minds.

Ways to learn "The Pause and Breathe Technique"
Who is "The Pause and Breathe Technique" for?
This technique is for anyone who struggles to meditate regularly and on their own. Maybe you are new to meditation, maybe you've been trying to meditate for years. Maybe you think you can't meditate! If you want to make meditation a part of your every day life, if you want to learn to be at peace with yourself and be able to access those quiet places within, if you know you need some inner calm but find it hard to settle your mind into a space of meditation. This is for you.
Why I developed "The Pause and Breathe Technique"
I've spent literally decades trying to learn how to get my distracted ADHD brain to settle into a peaceful space. For years I could only meditate reliably when I was either on retreat or guiding meditation sessions for other people. The ability to meditate at home and on my own escaped me. So after a huge process of learning and trial and error, I've developed "the pause and breathe technique". With this system I can guide myself easily and reliably into the space of meditation in the comfort of my own home. The process is so effective for me that I want to teach it to you too. I have designed it to be as easy as possible, so you can guide yourself into a successful meditation and access the peaceful places within your mind at home, on your break, on the bus or at the beach.
Have you ever been to a meditation class and had a great meditation, then tried it yourself at home and found it had little or no effect? You just couldn't get into it or your mind felt so uncomfortable you gave up? This is exactly what "Pause and Breathe" aims to address. It gives you the tools and framework you need to take ownership of your meditation practice and from there you can start to fine - tune your inner world. You can learn to move through painful emotions more easily and bring yourself back to a calm and centred state. If that is what you want for yourself, I'd love for you to try "The Pause and Breathe Technique". But don't take my word for it! On the course you can measure the effects "Pause and Breathe" meditation has on you by using the app that I am designing to go along with the course (currently in beta).
Results...
Since I developed "The Pause and Breathe Technique" I have been amazed by the results it brings me, both in how consistently it allows me to access the more peaceful, tender places within my mind, and also how much better I feel after meditating! Pause and Breathe meditations truly feel like a reset and a refresh to me. Here are my personal results from practicing "Pause and Breathe", as I self - reported them in the app I am developing. Averages are taken from10 readings before and after "Pause and Breathe" session, with sessions lasting between 20 & 40 minutes.

Your results will be personal to you and you can record them on the app which I will include with the course.
Imagine if you could learn to reduce your anxiety or increase your sense of happiness in as little as 20 minutes!
My aim is to help you achieve results which are meaningful to you and make a difference in your life.
